Viewing Meeting Date *

Our gallery will be ready to view within 2 weeks from the session date, sometimes it is earlier. It is best to set up to 1.5 hours to view and make the selections on your final order within the meeting. Our zoom viewing meeting usually takes place during weekday afternoons. We will do our best to set your meeting that works out your schedule.

Portrait Agreement

Portrait Agreement---- The session fee is $250~$750 (depending on the type of your portrait experiences) and covers the followings: <1> 45min~4 hours of a portrait session for immediate family members only. <2> Post-session custom image preparation with attention to each image. <3> 20~80 images presented to you in at studio meeting or a private online gallery. //////////// In order to hold your session date, your session fee must be received within 48 hours of submitting this agreement. The session fee is non-refundable but the studio will gladly reschedule due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances up to two times with 48 hours before your session, beyond that, 50% increase of the session fee will be charged. The paid session fee will be considered forfeited if a new session date and time is not scheduled within 60 days from the last canceled session date. If there is a chance of rain in the forecast, Yellowhale Photography will notify you a day or two before the session whether the session will be rescheduled or relocated. We can switch the location to our natural light studio where we can get a beautiful indoor and outdoor shots done even when it is raining. Please note that the use of cameras (still and video) other than the photographer’s is prohibited during your session. Images will be available approximately 2 weeks (3 weeks during the month of Sept., Oct., Nov. after your session and will be presented to you in a viewing meeting or a private online slideshow. For in person meeting, you are recommended to place the order within the meeting. For on line gallery, the gallery is live for FIVE days. During these five days you will make your portrait selection and place your order; if you must delay ordering, we can archive all of your images for a $75 fee at your request for five days until your order is placed. Payment of your portrait order is due in full when you place the order. All portraits will be ready for you approximately four-six weeks after payment is received. Ordered images are archived for one year while unordered images are purged 6 weeks after your session. Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final. Kyung does, of course, guarantee that the portraits you receive meet the highest standards in every respect and wants you to be more than pleased with your heirloom images. //////////// A word about copyright::: All images taken at your session will be copyrighted by Kyung Jung of Yellowhale Photography and are protected by Federal Copyright Law. It is therefore unlawful to reproduce her work in any manner. Please respect Kyung's livelihood and the care and attention paid to each of your images by adhering to copyright laws. Moreover, as an artist Kyung wishes to have control over the final look of her client’s images. Scanned or reproduced images are both illegal and a degradation of the original image quality.
